There are two seasons for whale watching:
1. Late spring/summer and fall (mid-April to mid-December)
for Humpback Whales, Blue Whales and Dolphins.
Stay
at Monterey is offering a Whale Watching Package
with accommodations at the Comfort
Inn - Monterey by the Sea. Cost is $219 Monday through
Wednesday, based on one or two persons per room with one
queen bed, and subject to availability. No other discounts
apply. Offer valid April 17 through December 15, 2011.
Not valid on Thursday through Saturday, special events and
holidays.
Morning trips depart at 10 a.m., and afternoon trips depart
at 1:30 p.m. (Times may change due to weather conditions.
Call 831-375-4658 to confirm departure times.) In the event
trip is cancelled, $50 will be deducted from the package
cost.

2. Winter and early spring (mid-December
through mid-April) for Gray Whales and Dolphins.
Stay
at Monterey is offering a Whale Watching Package with

Inn - Monterey by the Sea. Cost is $169 Sunday through
Thursday and $189 Friday and Saturday, based on one or two persons
per room with one queen bed, and subject to availability. No discounts
apply. Offer valid December 16, 2011 to April 15, 2012.
Morning trips depart at 10 a.m. and afternoon trips depart at
1:30 p.m. In addition, 7 a.m. breakfast trips are scheduled for
most weekends and holidays. There is no trip on December 25. Check
schedule for details. Times may
